A new service has been launched to tackle and contain outbreaks of infectious diseases in the Black Country.
The Community Outbreak Response Service (CORS) will diagnose and treat several diseases including seasonal and avian influenza, measles, mpox, scabies, and hepatitis A, B and C.
The service will be available to patients registered with a Black Country GP, including those in care homes and migrant and homeless populations.
The NHS Black Country Integrated Care Board (ICB) said the service aimed to provide "quick and efficient care to those in need."
